COOKING BOOK - Portugal

Portugal is a land rich in culinary know-how and traditions. 

We set out to meet a dozen Portuguese chefs, from Paris to Lisbon via Porto, to offer you a journey of Lusitanian flavors.    Each of the personalities who created this book evokes a small piece of country, a few pieces of life, and shared with us the taste of good local products, spicy and colorful.    Also discover great addresses of canneries, pastelarias, typical and essential grocery stores, and trendy places like the urban brasserie Musa and the Prado restaurant.
