Le Routard invites you to explore the most beautiful trails in France. From Fort Brégançon to the Sentier des Douaniers in Brittany, via the secret valleys of the Jura, the gentle hills of Cantal, the balconies of Mont-Blanc, the Vercors massif or the coves of Cassis... here are no less than 70 walks and hikes, to do alone or with family. Mountains, coastal paths, forests, lakes, rivers, forgotten villages... From short walks of 2-3 hours to more demanding hikes of 2 to 3 days, set off to discover the tremendous variety of landscapes in France. Seasoned hikers or simple walkers, a classification by level will allow everyone to find (hiking) shoes that suit their feet. For each hike: A map and a precise and detailed “step by step” to guide you as best as possible.
