Hambuca. The aniseed liqueur from Hamburg. The name is made up of the spirit "Sambuca" and the hometown of Hambuca "Hamburg". As the most important ingredient, star anise is the defining flavor note. Essential oils make Hambuca so full-bodied and flavorful. Hambuca is refined with natural maple syrup. This gives it its special, caramel-like and mild taste, as well as its unmistakable color, which is reminiscent of amber. A homage to the Hanseatic city of Hamburg as a traditional trading city!
