Fish Stock Sauce - PF274

This fish stock is ideal for conjuring up hearty fish ragouts and fish soups. Ideally suited for a delicious bouillabaisse marseillaise (the real bouillabaise) or the rich Italian fish soup with all kinds of herbs and lots of garlic. The high proportion of extracts (16%) gives the soup or ragout the right taste. But beware! The fund is very intense. With a 200g cup of fish stock paste you get 3.5 liters as a sauce base and 6.5 liters as a cooking base. You can order the fund right here from our delicatessen delivery service. Type of preparation: Stir the required amount of paste into cold or boiling water. Bring to a boil and/or keep boiling. Refine with wine, herbs and spices as desired. Boil for 5 minutes. Storage: After opening, keep cool, dry, clean and protected from light. sauce
