HANDON'S veal stock from Alsace in a 200g cup Our vegetable stock without allergens is something very special. Free from any allergens, anyone can safely enjoy it. We have replaced vegetables that contain allergens with types of vegetables that have a similar taste. Simmer until it reaches the desired consistency. This vegetable stock is a bestseller in Alsace. Ideally suited as a basis for all types of sauces and soups. Only available from our delicatessen delivery service and in selected shops With a 200g cup you can achieve 4 liters as a sauce base and 6.7 liters as a cooking base. Type of preparation: Stir the required amount of paste into cold or boiling water. Bring to a boil and/or keep boiling. Refine with wine, herbs and spices as desired. Boil for 5 minutes.
