Sauces and risottos always turn out well with this poultry stock. This paste is gently cooked with all kinds of spices and vegetables until the desired consistency is reached. With a 200g pot of HANDON'S Fond Paste you can achieve 4 liters as a sauce base and 6.5 liters as a cooking base. You can get our poultry stock paste from our delicatessen delivery service or in selected delicatessen shops. Type of preparation: Stir the required amount of paste into cold or boiling water. Bring to a boil and/or keep boiling. Refine with wine, herbs and spices as desired. Boil for 5 minutes.
