In Germany, this is one of our best-selling types of coffee. The coffee bean grows at altitudes of around 1800m in the country and is cultivated by small plantation owners. The soil in the heights is fertile and has little acidity, which is good for the coffee. Mexico has 4 growing regions and they are all a little different. You have to brew the Mexico coffee properly, then wonderful aromas like dark berries and chocolate are released. But the coffee has its own character and to achieve this we supplement it with 10% Brazil beans from controlled cultivation.
