Plums and onions in balsamic vinegar in a 220g screw-top jar Onion and plum chutney, a very successful combination. The onion and the plum are two that complement each other well if you just let them. Finely chopped onions and plums cooked with balsamic vinegar and seasoned with fresh herbs. The result is a fruity sauce that can be served with all kinds of dishes. Goes wonderfully with a heavy goulash, with grilled meat, pastrami or a roast sandwich or with a strong cheese, e.g. a Fourme au Sauterne or a matured Tomme au Marc de Jurao
