Brew: 85°C Infusion time: 5 to 7 minutes Quantity: 1 pinch for 1 cup Tasting: 2 to 3 cups/day at the end of the day and at bedtime As a soothing treatment: 3 cups/day for 21 days, preferably before and after dinner.
