Brew: 85°C Brewing time: 7 to 10 minutes Quantity: 1 pinch for 1 cup Tasting: 2 to 3 cups/day preferably in the morning and afternoon As a detox cure: 2 cups/day for 21 days, 1 cup on an empty stomach when getting up and another cup after lunch. Toning cure: 2 cups/day for 21 days at breakfast and during the morning. Repeat the cure if necessary after a 7-day break or vary with another detox/tonifying infusion.
