Brew: 85°C Brewing time: 7 to 10 minutes Quantity: 1 pinch for 1 cup Tasting: 2 to 3 cups/day at the end of the day and at bedtime Soothing cure: 3 cups/day for 21 days preferably before and after dinner. Digestive cure: 3 cups/day for 21 days after meals. Repeat the treatment if necessary after a 7-day break or vary with another soothing/digestive infusion.
