Gourmet Dark Bourbon Vanilla Bean

Cultivated in the SAVA region, in the northeast of the island of Madagascar, gourmet bourbon vanilla is prized by the greatest chefs and pastry chefs. Recognizable by its black color verging on brown, and a shiny and greasy appearance, the bourbon vanilla pod is of a rare length ranging from 18 to 20 cm.
