Harzer Orange Salt -with pepper- from our own production. The Harz Orange Salt -with pepper- is fruity and spicy at the same time. Here sea salt meets orange peel and black pepper. This salt can be used at the table in the salt mill, but it is also a delight for cooking. It goes well with fish, grilled vegetables, poultry and salads. This salt mixture is definitely worth experimenting with in the kitchen. Manufactured and bottled with love by hand.
