Harzer Orange Salt -with pepper- from our own production. The Harzer lemon salt -with pepper- is tangy and spicy at the same time. Here, evaporated salt meets lemon peel and black pepper. This salt can be used at the table in the salt mill, but it is also a delight for cooking. It goes well with vegetable stir-fries, grilled or fried salmon and various pasta dishes.
