Tomato Dip - Bruschetta Style -

Tomato dip -bruschetta style- from our own production. This tomato dip is something different. It is fruity and spicy and tastes very good with meat and fish. But it can also be used to refine vegetables and bread. Children also like this dip very much. A tip for you: Mix the dip with cream cheese and you will have a great spread. Or you can stir the mixture with a soft piece of butter, leave it in the fridge overnight and you'll have a delicious tomato butter that also tastes great on bread or is a great gift for the next barbecue. Preparation: Briefly soak 2-3 teaspoons of dip in hot water, then mix with 200 g crème fraîche (quark/ yoghurt/ sour cream) and let it steep for 15 minutes. Ingredients: tomatoes 38%, onions, garlic, sea salt, basil, oregano May contain traces of mustard, celery and sesame. Storage instructions: Spice mixtures should be protected from heat and moisture if possible. Therefore, please store in a cool (but not refrigerator), dry and dark place.
