Tzatziki Dip - with garlic -

Tzatziki dip with garlic - from our own production. Tzatziki with garlic is of course a typical Greek dip. It goes particularly well with baguette or bread and with meat dishes such as gyros or souvlaki. But let’s not kid ourselves: it also tastes very good with grilling and a hearty meatball. There are no limits to the use of this dip. Preparation: Mix 2-3 teaspoons of dip with 200 g crème fraîche (quark/ yoghurt/ sour cream) and leave to stand for 15 minutes. If you like, you can add a dash of olive oil before serving. Or simply add a sliced cucumber. Ingredients: Garlic 34%, cane sugar, sea salt, onion, lemon peel, pepper, parsley, dill May contain traces of mustard, celery and sesame. Storage instructions: Spice mixtures should be protected from heat and moisture if possible. Therefore, please store in a cool (but not refrigerator), dry and dark place.
