Luxury Belgian milk chocolate. For creating a marvellously smooth hot chocolate drink Add 3-4tbsp (45-60g) of chocolate to 150-200ml of cold milk and heat on a stove until the chocolate is fully dissolved and the mixture starts to thicken. Alternatively, gradually mix hot milk into the chocolate. For a cold drink, pour the hot chocolate into a glass filled with ice cubes.
