Let yourself be seduced by the caramel notes of our organic fairtrade IGP Thnot palm blossom sugar from Cambodia. It comes from the sap of flowers of the Tnoth palm or Kampong Speu sugar palm. The Tnoth palm is a symbol of Cambodia and Khmer culture. The sap is harvested manually in an artisanal way, without cutting the flower. The picker climbs the tree and makes small incisions on the flowers. The sap is heated until obtaining a syrup which is then transformed into sugar. It has a low glycemic index. It will sublimate your dishes, your desserts and your drinks by giving them an exotic side. It is a product from organic farming, certified by Ecocert. Sugar consumption per day and per person is limited to 50 g
