Organic balsamic cream, produced in Greece. It is made from sweet grape vinegar "Agiorgitiko", slowly boiled with concentrated grape must, until it becomes a thick, velvety cream. Shortly before the end, whole mandarins from the island of Chios are added to give the final product its characteristic flavor and aroma.
