Our black olive paste is made from 100% Kalamata olives. No anchovies or capers. It thus retains all its freshness and the aromas of the organic Kalamata olive. Extra virgin olive oil brings smoothness to the product and removes all bitterness and acidity.     Serve as an aperitif on canapes or as a condiment, for your recipes (salads, pastas, fish, meats,...)and even as a basic ingredient to make your homemade tapenade, pizzas and bruschettas...     Store in a cool, dry place.
