Poster Place Delille Clermont-Ferrand

What a beautiful poster on one of the most famous squares in Clermont-Ferrand! First place d'Herm then place des Jacobins, place Delille has known many identities! Well known to the people of Clermont, Place Delille and its fountain stand in the middle of century-old plane trees. This fountain, still in use, is a haven of freshness on hot days, around which college students, passers-by and passing visitors crowd. In the 18th century, it took the name of Abbé Delille, a poet from Clermont, and there was erected... the fountain of Amboise, which moved in several places before becoming the fountain of the Poterne. The current fountain was erected in 1875.
