HELMUT RUM – THE PREMIUM RUM FROM HAMBURG.
Our rum matures for 8 years in the Caribbean before it is finished in ex-bourbon and HELMUT vermouth barrels. The result: three finely balanced rum variants – each in a class of its own.

A tribute to the Bavarian chef Sophie Juliane Weiler and her famous Augsburg Cookbook from 1787, which was a bestseller and an inspiration to us for over 70 years. In her honor, our liqueur brand bears her name.
