With an impressive quantity of vitamin C (20 x more than citrus fruits), it protects you from all the little winter ailments, including flu and colds. Like meadowsweet, rose hip is also an excellent anti-inflammatory to relieve joint pain (rheumatism or osteoarthritis). The tannins, vitamins E and B as well as the trace elements contained in this plant act, in fact, on inflammation of the bone joints. Thanks to the action of its tannins, it is also an excellent natural remedy to overcome diarrhea. ADVICE FOR USE – DOSAGE 2 to 3 cups per day in case of treatment. 15g / liter – 10 minutes in water at 90° (slow infusion in non-boiling water so as not to destroy the active ingredients). Rosehip is particularly recommended for joint pain and immunity. CONTRAINDICATIONS Due to its high vitamin C content, we do not recommend the use of rose hips for people suffering from G6PD deficiency or favism or diabetes. The plant may interact with certain medications such as aspirin, anticoagulants and estrogens. We therefore invite you to seek advice from a health professional.
