Pure essential oil, produced in a world exclusive by us at Herborea, from the fruit of the Bursera graveolens tree, the shamanic "sacred wood".             An exclusive variety of Palo Santo essential oil, extracted by steam distillation from the fruits of the Palo Santo tree of Ecuador.  An innovative product, whose production we have carefully studied and tested, until we were able to produce and import it into Europe, for the first time, in 2019.  We were the first to do it and we are still the only manufacturer in the world to directly carry out the processing at every stage, and finally the wholesale distribution and retail sale.             The characteristic aroma of Palo Santo wood, together with very particular fruity and spicy notes, make this oil a precious - and innovative - raw material for the production of eco-sustainable product lines for the person and for the home.  Thanks to its unique scent and its beneficial energetic properties it can be effectively included in natural formulations for: - aromatherapy: its aroma gives calm and relief, promoting introspection and rebalancing of mind and body. -air fresheners / fabric fresheners and scented candles - functional cosmetics: the high percentage of limonene gives soothing and anti-inflammatory properties - Relaxing spa treatments and massage products - body care & skin care: soaps, body wash, body lotions and creams, perfumes, deodorants Our Palo Santo Essential Oil is 100% natural and eco-sustainable.  Each processing phase takes place in Ecuador in collaboration with local communities and the prefecture of Santa Elena, to safeguard the Dry Forest, the natural habitat in which Palo Santo grows.   Its production occurs in limited quantities and seasonally.  Every year, at a precise moment determined by natural factors, the fruits are harvested manually: only a small part (around 30%) is harvested, so as not to interfere with the ecosystem and its life cycle.
