Hemp-made kitchen knife Nguu

Nguu is the Vietnamese word for water buffalo. Water buffalo are part of the street scene, especially in rural areas of Vietnam. No wonder, because until a few years ago they were indispensable for agriculture. The water buffalo made an important contribution to the introduction of wet rice farming in Vietnam around 2000 years ago. Through its use, productivity in agriculture could be increased. The water buffalo therefore stands for strength, luck and prosperity. The rectangular shape of the blade is typical of this Asian paring knife.
