HIBU is a French company, founded in 2023 and nestled in the heart of the Basque Country, in the village of Ayherre. Our artisanal laboratory is the cradle of all the products that bear our brand: shortbread, crunchies and cookies.
All our cookies are vegan, certified organic and gluten-free.
Our recipes contain no artificial colors, preservatives or flavors, and are palm and coconut oil free.
We actively work to reduce our impact on the environment by adopting sustainable practices, minimizing waste and using planet-friendly materials. This is why our packaging is entirely recyclable, and contains 52% PEFC certified paper.
