Long necklace in the shape of a porthole with a view of a lighthouse. In fine gold or silver-plated metal, it is mounted on a 70 cm chain. I was born in Saint Malo, so I decided to create a pattern that embodies my roots and what better way to do that than to draw the sea seen from a small boat porthole. I chose to integrate a lighthouse for its symbolism, it represents the reassuring light that guides us in moments of doubt. The making I draw and create the prototype of my pattern by hand by sawing it from a brass plate. The patterns are then cut with etching in small batches, once finalized I come and weld the ear stem on each of the patterns using my blowtorch. Then, I give a little polishing and cleaning, and my brooches are sent to my Parisian gilder who carries out the gold or silver finishes. *sold without packaging*
