As soon as I finished my specialized studies in the wood industry, I started working in a company that manufactured plywood. The main technique for the manufacture of this material is the unrolling of the wood (see the section "Technical") The unrolling of the wood is, according to its original definition: "Unrolling the Wood like a roll of paper.. . »

In any case, an idea that has inhabited me and made me think for a long time!
10 years later, with the determination and the will to concretize all the reflections related to this during all this time, HIRONWOODS was born!
And it is therefore in the Jura, between two villages of a canton nicely named "Le Val d'Amour", that our workshop is located. All this in an environment completely consistent with its activity: in the middle of nature! Surrounded by forests, vineyards and orchards, we handcraft our card making products such as postcards, bookmarks, and even envelopes... All of this in WOOD!
Traditional cardmaking is thus revisited by the originality of our support and our methods.
Birthdays, Christmas 🎄🎅, Happy New Year, birthdays 🎁🍰, condolences, Mother's Day Halloween, Valentine's Day 💔, all important events are frozen on our wooden cards and bookmarks.
Our religious range 😇 will satisfy the demands of specialized bookstores and other monasteries.
