Artisanal production 75°C - approximately 4 min Cultivated in China (Zhejiang), manually at 1000m altitude in spring. Indispensable, Long Jing is the most consumed tea in China since Emperor Qianlong (around 1750) who fell under its spell during a trip and elevated it to the rank of national treasure.  Its nickname “dragon well” was born from the legend of a Taoist who spotted the hiding place of a dragon which he implored to make rain fall.  It is this wish granted that would have led to the growth of this variety with nutty notes. This tea of controlled origin (Zheijian region) was harvested at the end of March, before the Qing Ming, which makes it the most prized Long Jing among connoisseurs. Rich in theine and L-theanine, this tea will provide you with energy and brain stimulation throughout the day.  Highly endowed with antioxidants, it helps to slow down the aging of the skin.
