JAPAN - Organic Ceremonial Matcha Tea

Organic production 70°C Cultivated in Japan (Uji) at 200m altitude. Think of it like a green tea espresso: by consuming the leaf in powdered form rather than brewing it, you get all the benefits it contains. In Japanese "ma" means powder and "cha" means tea. Our matcha comes from the mountainous region of Uji (Kyoto prefecture). Famous for its volcanic landscape and subtropical climate, it is considered excellent for growing matcha thanks to its particularly fertile and mineral-rich soil. Our tea has a rich flavor, nutty, earthy and herbal notes, with a characteristic hint of bitterness. Rich in antioxidants, matcha is recognized for its protective anti-aging effect. Its high content of theine and L-theanine helps to reduce feelings of anxiety by promoting relaxation, and will bring you tone and brain stimulation throughout the day.
