Rwanda is one of the countries where the success of tea has been the most dazzling: introduced in 1952, it has since risen to the rank of the most exported national product. Its success is explained by the exceptional quality of the terroir offered by the land of a thousand hills. The very fertile volcanic soil ensures the tea a perfect elevation as well as a richness in rare minerals. Originally accompanied by ginger and milk, this tea now tends to be enjoyed on its own, the country having moved towards exceptional quality. Rich in theobromine and polyphenols, this tea with antioxidant power helps fight against skin aging. Detox, it promotes drainage and the elimination of toxins. It also contains L-theanine, an amino acid that keeps you both alert and relaxed.
