Welcome to Holland & Noble, a small distillery just below Nijmegen. With passion for taste and love for the profession, Vodka and Gin are distilled in our distillery in the traditional way but with the most modern techniques.
We are specialized in making special editions, such as our exclusive Gin for the famous English TV Chef James Martin: JamesMartinsGin.com (UK) or JamesMartinsGin.nl (NL). Gin or Vodka in limited or non-limited edition, for example, are an excellent way for restaurants to distinguish themselves. A number of fun projects are already planned for 2022.
We also make a number of our own products. All our products are made by hand in small quantities.
