The real classic, a strong green tea that is full and spicy.  There are several stories about the special name.             A variant says that this has its origin in its shape, the balls are said to resemble gunpowder.  Another, perhaps more logical explanation, suggests that it has its origins in the English visitors who heard 'gāng pào de' when the tea was served, which literally means 'freshly brewed' in Chinese.             Anyway, the green tea is special, powerful and a real strong tea that you can start the day with.
