Bookends made of petrified wood. The bookends are polished on the front and rough on the sides. Petrified wood is a fossil. It forms when fallen trees get washed down a river and buried under layers of mud, ash from volcanoes and other materials. Our petrified wood is from excellent quality from Madagascar. Because petrified wood is a natural material, every bookend is unique and not one of them is exactly the same. The weight is between 1000 and 2000 grams a piece.
