In 2014, Heiko Hoos decided that he no longer wanted to choose between classic and modern when it came to gin - from now on he burns himself: According to the London gin process, honest and with powerful juniper, gin. But also refreshing and complex, with aromas that are reminiscent of the forest. Hoos designs the bottle entirely on his own, taking care of marketing and sales without investors or support from the spirits industry. Because he wants to implement his own vision of good gin, but also because that vision includes a fair price.
