Just because Hoos is primarily dedicated to local herbs doesn't mean that we don't occasionally dream of the South Seas: For the Pink Grapefruit, the Hoos London Gin macerates with a grapefruit peel and is mixed with fresh grapefruit juice. The result can be found somewhere between classic London gin aromas and gin liqueur: summery and fruity, but still clearly gin, with the herbal notes so typical for Hoos and with bitter aromas that almost make you think of Mediterranean bitter liqueurs and ensure that that it doesn't turn out too sweet. A perfect aperitif.
