For Repeater III, Hoos has teamed up with Russian craft beer brewery Zagovor, Danish spirits collective Phantom Spirits, Chicago roastery Dark Matter Coffee and Swedish tattoo artist Jonas Stojiljkovic Pedersen. Together, the five developed a gin that maps the boundaries of gin reality with just five botanicals. Hoos combines cherries, cocoa, vanilla, juniper and the Dark Matter team's Cautai coffee beans from Guatemala, fermented in Bavarian wheat yeast, to create an exceptional gin limited to 800 bottles. Earthy, coffee-heavy, with warm cocoa notes and bone-dry, the Repeater III presents itself as a real Hoos gin - clear, unconventional, unforgettable.
