The next step is so close: Herbs and other botanicals that have their origin in the forest come together again with what surrounds them everywhere in nature, the wood of the trees. For our reserve quality, the Hoos London Gin is allowed to mature in oak barrels for four weeks before it is bottled. This resting phase gives it an unobtrusive, almost natural-looking wood note and a fullness that emphasizes the juniper notes in particular, without making them too powerful. A warm and warming gin that unfolds above all on its own.
