The Coquille Saint-Jacques is a species of marine bivalve molluscs, it is recognizable thanks to its red to brown color which may be pink or spotted. It is very present on the Atlantic-East coast in particular in the bay of Saint-Brieuc but especially in the bay of Morlaix which contains Coquilles Saint-Jacques with generous walnuts.
