We are two West Indians who have been passionate about making rum, jam, condiments and preparing spices for more than 10 years.
We started selling at the Sainte-Anne market in Guadeloupe in 2019 we decided to come to mainland France to continue our higher studies, a few months later there was confinement then we said to ourselves we are going to do what we has always known how to talk about arranged rum and Caribbean spices, so in 2022 we decided to make our know-how known and to introduce it to a wider public by naming it HOST'ÎLES which refers to our way of standing out from competitors with our flavors which are truly different and burst in the mouth when tasting.
