ELDON MANGO CHUTNEY 250 GRS

Mangoes candied in spices! Harmonious mix of sweet, salty and spicy around the Eldon mango, our chutney is the ideal condiment to decorate any dish in an original way. It will go wonderfully with fish, shellfish and exotic dishes. Also perfect with foie gras and cheeses. We prepare it by hand with ripe fruits cooked in a copper cauldron, spices, sugar and subtly dosed cider vinegar. Glass jar, Twist-off metal lid.
