❗️If you would like to order a custom-made product but have not yet contacted us personally, please contact us first by email at: service@hutchputch.de at Isa with your desired product, your desired size and the desired color of your custom-made item. Have you already ordered a custom-made item from our customer service and would now like to pay for it? Then you've come to the right place. Here's how the payment process works: Select your pillow size (you should have discussed this with Isa from customer service beforehand). Add the "Custom-made 10€ surcharge" product to your shopping cart. Pay for the product + the 10€ surcharge like a regular product from our range at checkout. Please note: Custom-made items are non-returnable and cannot be combined with discounts on our regular range.
