Pasta - Conchigliette 500g - Typical Sardinian Product

Conchigliette have the shape of thin ridged shells and are also known by the name of Gnocchetti Sardi. The typical preparation of the conchigliette is "Campidanese style", i.e. with sausage and saffron but their roughness allows them to be cooked with all sauces.       The slow drying and the origin of the semolina, only Sardinian, give the product its uniqueness, recalling the traditions of Sardinia.       Texts in Italian, English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch.
