Iberian Acorn-fed Cular Salchichón in pieces

Our Iberian Acorn-fed Cular Salchichón is obtained from Iberian pigs fed on acorns, which have been acquired from small farms in the pastures of southwestern Spain. They are cured for 4 months and weigh approximately 1.2 kg.
