Organic Couscous & Tagines Seasoning

Our couscous and tagine seasoning is made up of a dozen spices combined with garlic, fresh ginger and onions that give it an intense aroma. It will be your ally to make your broths for couscous and your tajines a success every time and in a minimum of time. You will use it to replace the classic “Ras el Hanout” by diluting it in your preparation during cooking. Just add fresh parsley or coriander leaves when serving for the perfect result. A very simple recipe is available here. Also ideal for preparing chorba, a traditional soup from North Africa, which you will sprinkle with mint leaves and chopped coriander. The recommended dosage is 1 to 2 teaspoons per person. Composition: onions, sunflower oil, fresh ginger, garlic, cumin, cinnamon, coriander, turmeric, salt of Guerande, sweet paprika, pepper, fennel, nutmeg, laurel, oregano, clove, chilli pepper.
