Its taste is characterized by a dominant of lemongrass, roasted peanuts (peanuts) and galangal. It differs from traditional yellow, red and green curry pastes by its lower chilli content, which makes it usable by people sensitive to spicy flavor. Just add it during cooking, at the rate of a teaspoon per person, to give your dish a “Thai” touch. Diluted with coconut or soy milk, it will make a delicious sauce to accompany fish or season raw vegetables... This 100% vegetable recipe is perfect for a vegetarian or vegan diet.
