Our Thai Cooking Seasoning can be used to flavor all kinds of vegetable dishes, fish, noodles, soups and sauces. Its taste is characterized by a dominant of lemongrass, roasted peanuts (peanuts) and galangal. It differs from traditional yellow, red and green curry pastes by its lower chilli content, which makes it usable by people sensitive to spicy flavor.
