This 100% vegetable recipe is perfect for a vegetarian or vegan diet. Certified organic farming and under mention Nature & Progrès, it is prepared by hand in our premises in Serralongue in the Pyrénées Orientales. Ingredients (gluten free): parsnips (26%), water, onions, sunflower oil, lemon juice, split pea flakes, agave syrup, salt of Guerande, dried wild garlic, dried nettle, garlic, black pepper.
