Our organic Garam Masala mixture is handcrafted on our premises. It is through a fair process that we select our spices and aromatic herbs from small farmer cooperatives. Garam Masala is the spice blend par excellence in India, but also in Reunion (Massalé) or even in Mauritius (Massala). Its use is ideal on all meats, fish and even vegetables.
