It is one of the first vegetables to have been cultivated by man. It is actually a red lentil with the membrane removed.     In addition to its color, Idbio organic coral lentil will be your best ally for your well-being. Like all legumes, coral lentils are the ideal complement to your vegan or vegetarian meals.
