Organic Cajun mix - 500g

Our organic Cajun blend is handcrafted on our premises.     It is through a fair process that we select the spices that make it up from small farmer cooperatives.     Born in Louisiana, this mixture is used in the recipe for Jambalaya and potatoes. With its 9 spices and herbs, it is one of the most aromatic blends.
 Its mild and fragrant taste will be ideal in a sauce to accompany fish or white meat.
 It is also used as a replacement for curry mixture.     Simply brown it in a saucepan and add the cream of your choice (vegetable or other) or with coconut milk, let it thicken and all you have to do is coat your fish. It will be difficult not to finish the casserole with a small piece of bread.     For the potatoes, simply coat your cut potatoes, add a little oil, hop in the oven for a spicy treat!     Ingredients: garlic, sweet paprika thyme oregano onion black pepper cumin, pepper.
